The standard support package covers our network, hardware, and default operating system and software configuration. All support is via our ticketing system and we guarantee an 8-hour reponse time and 24-hour resolution time.

Note: you are welcome to discuss specific requirements with us and we work with clients on a case-by-case basis. If you are running multiple sites, complex virtual mail systems, etc we may encourage you to move to a web-based control panel for greater manageability.
