6sync provides a 1 hour/calendar month service level agreement to our customers (for those with calculators by their side, that is approximately 99.87% uptime). If we do not meet this service level we will gladly provide our clients credits they deserve, though the embarrassment will be all ours.
Most customers are automatically eligible for this SLA as long as their account is in good standing and they raise an appropriate support ticket within 5 days of the outage.

In the unlikely event that you aren't satisfied with your 6sync product, we offer a 14-day moneyback guarantee.
Please be aware that we reserve the right to deduct any package addon costs (e.g. control panels, software installers and other such expenses) from your refund once it has been approved, and refunds may only be granted if you provide a reason or evidence of shortcomings by 6sync.
