6sync dependability

6sync provides a 1 hour/calendar month service level agreement to our customers (for those with calculators by their side, that is approximately 99.87% uptime). If we do not meet this service level we will gladly provide our clients credits they deserve, though the embarrassment will be all ours.

Most customers are automatically eligible for this SLA as long as their account is in good standing and they raise an appropriate support ticket within 5 days of the outage.

Fine print

Unfortunately we can not be responsible for service outage caused by:

  • Server or software problems internal to your VPS
  • Scheduled downtime due to maintenance
  • Failure to comply to the TOS or AUP
  • ISP or local connection problems
  • Acts of Force Majeure
